GETTING IT TOUCH
The easiest way to get started is by filling out the form on our website — this helps us understand exactly what kind of fitted furniture you need.
You can also contact us directly via WhatsApp. If you prefer, we can arrange a video call to discuss your project in more detail.
Once we have your information, we will prepare an initial estimate. If a home visit is required, we’ll schedule a convenient time for a site survey to ensure everything fits perfectly.

CONCEPT DESIGN
PLANNING
If you are happy with the estimate and would like to proceed, the next step is a design deposit.
The design deposit covers the preparation of detailed drawings, layouts, 3D visuals, design revisions, and project planning.
Once the design deposit has been received, we will prepare a complete design package for your project, including:

Detailed drawings

3D visualisations

Layout recommendations
-
Final fixed quotation
-
Estimated installation date
Should you proceed with the project, the design deposit will be deducted from the final balance.
The design deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the time required to create your bespoke designs and project documentation.

SUPPLY
Once the design is approved, an 80% deposit is required.
At this stage, we begin ordering all necessary materials to ensure a smooth process from start to finish, including IKEA interiors, handles, bespoke worktops, and more.

MODIFICATION
&INSTALLATION
We offer a high-level installation service that brings your dream project to life.
The final 20% of your project’s value will be due once the installation is complete.
